Stec’s Rewards was in need of a solution to replace the highly manual efforts including issuing and managing points awarded to customer employees, and processing employee orders with their various affiliate vendors.

Company employees can securely log into this system to track their points and browse rewards using a highly filterable search page. Employees can add products to a shopping cart, manage shipping addresses, and complete their purchase with points or an alternate payment method.

Stec’s staff can configure and publish a custom catalog per company and customize the company employee portal through branding, notices, and program documentation. Stec’s staff can generate and send purchase orders to their product vendor affiliates within the same system making order fulfillment efficient and providing the company employee visibility into their order status.
